本文旨在對引進的盆栽百合品種的生長適應性以及觀賞特性進行綜合評價與比較 篩選出適宜南京地區(qū)推廣 的盆栽百合品種和育種材料 方法 采用百分制記分法對18個盆栽百合新品種 盆栽東方百合9個 盆栽亞洲百合9個 的物候期 植物學特性和綜合抗性進行綜合評價與比較 篩選適宜推廣種植的百合品種和潛在的優(yōu)良育種親本 結果 春 季在連棟薄膜大棚內種植的13個盆栽百合品種中 8個盆栽亞洲百合能夠正常生長發(fā)育 從定植到開花時間為58 74 d 植株挺直健壯 植株高度為25 45 cm 花色豐富艷麗 花形完整 單株有7 11朵花 多為單瓣 整體花期長15 25 d 無病蟲 害發(fā)生 適應性好 觀賞價值高 盆栽東方百合觀賞價值也很高 但多數(shù)品種蚜蟲危害嚴重 秋季種植的13個盆栽百合品 種經過低溫處理后 盆栽亞洲百合品種依舊表現(xiàn)出較高的觀賞價值和較強的適應性 從定植到開花時間為29 51 d 明顯短 于春季 花期長20 28 d 明顯長于春季 盆栽東方百合品種除 紅馬丁 瑞麗 和 粉羅賓 外 其他盆栽東方百合生長異 常 病蟲害嚴重 結論 盆栽亞洲百合觀賞性和抗性均優(yōu)于盆栽東方百合 南京及附近地區(qū)春 秋兩季均適宜引種盆栽亞 洲百合 the growth adaptability and ornamental characteris tics of some potted lily varieties and select suitable varieties for promotion and breeding materials in Nanjing area Methods The phenological period botanical characteristics and comprehensive resistance of 18 new potted lily varieties 9 potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties 9 potted Asiatic lily varieties were comprehensively evaluated and compared by the percentile score method and the lily varieties suitable for promotion and planting and potential excellent breeding parents were screened Results In spring 13 potted lily varieties were planted in the plastic greenhouse and 8 potted Asiatic lily varieties could grow and develop normally The time from planting to flowering was 58 74 days The plants were straight and strong and the height of the plants was 25 45 cm The flowers were rich and gorgeous and the flower shape was complete There were 7 11 flowers per plant The flowers were mostly single petal and the overall flowering period was 15 25 days No diseases and insect pests occurred and good adaptability and high ornamental value were evidenced The ornamental value of potted Oriental hybrid lily was also very high but most varieties were seriously damaged by aphids Thirteen potted lily varieties were planted in the plastic greenhouse in autumn After low temperature treatment the potted Asiatic lily varieties still showed high ornamental value and strong adaptability The time from planting to flowering was 29 51 days which was obviously shorter than that in spring The flowering period was as long as 20 28 days which was obviously longer than that in spring Except for Sunny Martin Releezei and Sunny Robyn other potted Oriental hybrid lily varieties had abnormal growth and serious pests and 盆栽百合是經過人工選育的矮生型 適用于盆栽的百合品種 高度一般為30 60 cm 盆栽百合的出現(xiàn)彌 補了切花百合的不足 可用于室內 陽臺 庭院裝飾 但在我國起步較晚 目前國內市場銷售的盆栽百合存 在品種少 價格昂貴等問題 主要以年宵花的銷售為主 4 有關盆栽百合生長發(fā)育方面的研究報道主要針對特定地區(qū) 周法華等 5 在浙江地區(qū)對13個盆栽百 合進行栽培觀察 分析其適應性 觀賞性以及栽培技術 趙光英等 4 利用海南獨特的氣候資源優(yōu)勢對 索 邦 木門 和 羅賓娜 進行反季節(jié)盆栽試驗 探討我國熱帶地區(qū)露地盆栽百合的生長發(fā)育特性及其配套 盆栽技術 寧云芬等 6 在廣西地區(qū)對外國引進的5個盆栽百合品種進行栽培試驗 并篩選出3個適宜引進 的東方盆栽百合品種 為加強篩選適合特定地區(qū)栽培的優(yōu)良盆栽百合品種 減少盲目引種造成巨大的經 濟損失 本試驗針對南京地區(qū)四季分明 夏熱冬冷的亞熱帶季風氣候對引進的18個盆栽百合品種進行地 區(qū)適應性及觀賞性的綜合評價與比較 從而篩選出適宜南京地區(qū)種植的盆栽百合 為南京地區(qū)推廣生產盆 栽百合提供參考依據(jù)和盆栽百合育種提供優(yōu)良親本 1 材料與方法 1 1 試驗材料 從浙江虹越花卉有限公司購買荷蘭引進的18個盆栽百合品種 試驗地點 試驗于2019年3月和2019年9至10月在南京農業(yè)大學八卦洲百合基地進行 栽培設 施為連棟薄膜大棚 南京八卦洲屬亞熱帶季風氣候區(qū) 具有四季分明 溫暖濕潤 雨量集中的特點 全年降 雨量為1 000 1 100 mm 降雨多發(fā)生在6至9月 全年無霜期為237 d 全年平均溫度為15 4 1月平均 氣溫為1 9 7月平均氣溫為28 2 年盛行風向為東南風和東北風 1 春季種植 每個小區(qū)1 2 m 2 m 株 行距分別為20 15 cm 不設重復 無栽培容器 栽培基質為園 土 13個品種定植后進行常規(guī)管理 97 南 京 農 業(yè) 大 學 學 報第44卷 2 秋季種植 13個品種在定植前進行低溫處理 冷庫溫度為10 12 將百合種植在塑料花盆 口 徑23 cm 底徑16 cm 高20 cm 中 栽培基質為泥炭土與珍珠巖 質量比為3 1 Table 1 a b c分別表示低溫處理時間為0 14 21 d a b c represent 0 14 and 21 d of low temperature treatment time respectively 盆栽亞洲百合相對盆栽東方百合來說生育期較短 盆栽亞洲百合各品種植株大多在5月開花 其中 從定植到開花時間歷時最長的是 小珍珠 為74 d 其余盆栽亞洲百合品種在定植后70 d內開花 盆栽 東方百合各品種直到6月中旬才陸續(xù)開花 其中 陽光A白 從定植到開花歷時最長 達109 d 在持續(xù)的 觀測過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)2個品系的整體花期范圍均為15 25 d 如作園林布景可交叉種植 營造觀賞期較長的園 林景觀 綜上 盆栽亞洲百合整體花期比盆栽東方百合早 盆栽東方百合生長期長 各品種從定植到開花的生 長時間均在100 d左右 產業(yè)化生產過程中栽培生長期較短的盆栽百合品種 一定程度上能夠降低生產 成本 2 1 2 春季盆栽百合植物學形態(tài)特征 由表4可知 盆栽東方百合除 陽光A白 外 其他品種植株均高 于盆栽亞洲百合的植株高度 其中 愛情故事 株高達64 cm 盆栽亞洲百合中 小火箭 最高為42 8 cm 其 18 南 京 農 業(yè) 大 學 學 報第44卷 次是 小珍珠 和 小飛碟 的植株高度為33 cm 其余品種的植株高度均在30 cm以下 盆栽亞洲百合植 株株型緊湊 盆栽東方百合品種株型較為松散 從葉片性狀來看 盆栽東方百合葉形多為卵形 葉片較大 但表面光澤度不如盆栽亞洲百合 盆栽亞洲百合葉片多為長橢圓形和披針形 葉片細小 葉片表面具有較 高的光澤度 由圖2和表4可見 盆栽東方百合花色多為紅色系 單瓣 內層花被片邊緣白色 有波紋且卷曲 內層 花被片上還存在斑點和乳突 花形多為碟形 花徑平均為20 cm左右 單株花數(shù)有3 9朵 花朵香味淡 此次引進的盆栽亞洲百合新品種中有紅色系 黃色系 橙色系以及復色系 花形多樣 花色豐富 其中 小 親密 為重瓣 小飛碟 為復色 花朵直立向上生長 花形多為碗形 花徑為10 15 cm 比東方百合小 無 香 單株花數(shù)達7 12朵 單株花朵生長緊湊成簇狀 是盆栽的極佳品種 可用于居家 庭院布景 表4 低溫處理大大縮短了盆栽百合營養(yǎng)生 長時間 從表5和圖1可見 所有品種都在定植后的1個月內現(xiàn)蕾 盆栽東方百合 紅馬丁 在出苗后27 d 現(xiàn)蕾 紅鑰匙 瑞麗 娛樂圈 粉羅賓 和 星光紅 分別在出苗后27 23 27 33 23 d現(xiàn)蕾 盆栽亞洲 百合 小黃龍 小火箭 和 小侵略 都在出苗9 d后現(xiàn)蕾 而 小珍珠 在出苗11
